is my throw out bearing bad?

I was coming home from work and it was fine untill i go tlike 5 minutes from home. I started hearing the loud screaching noise coming from my clutch, if i press it in, it makes it, and if i depress it, its fine for a bit. Ive been notciing something was funny with it, cause i could hear it each time it engages and disengages and could feel it threw the pedal. What could it be? I know my clutch isnt out cause i can still shift into all the gears. Heres a clip of it, you can hear it in the beginning and end of the clip.

Yep its the throwout bearing. If you take it to a shop, you need to have the throwout bearing retainer changed also. This is a common problem. Mechanics WILL NOT change out the retainer unless you tell them to. Reason why is because its a pain to change out. Your throwout bearing has likely screwed up and scratched the old bearing retainer. If you just put a new bearing in without a new retainer, the new throwout bearing may go bad within a couple months. Its because the scratches and imperfections with the old retainer just screw up the new bearing.

Sounds like it.

Usually when you change out the throwout bearing, and the retainer is scuffed, you just have to sand it down to it's smooth again. just make sure they lube the crap out of the bearing and points on the fork really good.
