Annoying noise!

I'm getting a really annoying sqeak/rattle when I'm on the freeway...the sound seems to be coming from a black plastic piece where the windshield wipers are. It's pretty much on the drivers side and I first thought it was my shaker making the sound, but when I press on the plastic piece it makes the sound....anyone else have this problem and how do you fix it?

Here is a picture of what I'm talking about. Sorry about the quality, it's from my phone.

I've read something at one point that talked about the clips that hold down the black plastic piece down get worn out and that's why it makes the noise.....I just can't find where I read it thought....does anybody have a fix for this or know how to get to the clips?

you can come over this weekend and I'll show you how to remedy the issue. I've had it a few times.

pm me and I'll give you my address and phone number

Otherwise, you just remove the wipers, and pry up the cowl. Then take a little vasoline and schmear it on the clips. You want to use something pretty tacky so it'll stick through the wash and not run off when it gets hot. Be cautious when pulling the cowl as you can break the little clips/tabs and end up with a loose spot.
