clutch problem

I noticed this morning when driving to work that it seems like the engagement period of my clutch is much shorter than it was yesterday. It's kinda mushy/flimsy if I press is real lightly before the clutch engages. Then when I press the clutch in fully it feels like it's a very short engagement period compared to what it used to be.

I tried to adjust it by pulling up on the pedal, but it won't adjust at all. The reason I'm a little concerned is because I have an Oasis report on my car and it showed the original owner complained about a stiff clutch. Ford confirmed it and replaced the clutch assembly and pressure plate at 25,000 miles, which is right before I got it. I'm just wondering if the clutch is going bad or maybe it's just finally broken in and that's the way it's supposed to be!!!

Any thoughts on how I could tell if the clutch is going bad?

When I installed my clutch, and I took it for its first ride, it was like that...

IDK why its like that for you when its not an new clutch...

As far as I know, as long as the clutch isn't slipping its fine...

I got it.....the dyno lied to me and I'm really pushing like 400rwhp and that's just way too much for my stock clutch! ha ha :shifty:
