Aiming headlights?

yea how do i aim the HIDS??? i have a 98 gt do you turn the screws in the back or what???? how do you know how high or low to adjust them?

line up against a flat wall (brick works best so you can line up with a flat line) on a flat surface and get yourself a good sized peice of cardboard. Place cardboard in the center of your front bumper to block each side from throwing light on eachothers side. Adjust each side so that they both line up on a certain line.

yea but how do you adjust them by turning the screws in the back?

all you can do is move them up and down with the screw in the back. Just go to a wall like he said and adjust them down to where you think they are good.

I wouldnt really recommend that. In the state of virginia, only 2 headlight alignment machines are acceptable. I wouldnt recommend the old do it yourself method, but were required at our shop to use the machine to get it perfect. It amazing now that if your headlights arent aimed correclty...
