what is the diff. between the ones MT sells??? which do you recommend i get when ordering springs... i know i don't essencially need them but i would rather be safe the sorry.

Get the shark style 3 bolts...should be more than enough..If you wanna go the expensive stuff go with the MM 4 bolts. I have the upr steel 3 bolt shark style with coil overs and have 0 problems.

There's no point in getting 4-bolt unless you slammed your stang. Meaning you have eibach sportlines or something similar. You're best saving money and getting 3-bolt. I on the other hand wanted something with alittle "bling" (don't shoot me please) and i have the steeda 4-bolt, they look good ;)

How was the install on those? I have to do my MM CC plates this weekend.

I just installed the mm 4 bolt cc plates very easy to install just take your time and make sure of the position before drilling the 4th hole only took me 10 mins per side

Pretty simple. Got it done in 15 min. like he said^^^ make sure where the 4th hole goes before you drill it. Mine raised my front end up about 1/4 inch. But there is a spacer in the strut that we need to remove, just didn't because i got it the same time as my bumper, and didnt want to F it up.

You only need to have 4 bolt c/c plates if you plan on going to a coil-over setup. I have these, pretty happy with them:

so say i drop it with Eibach Sportline Springs i would need what the CC plates and alignment and what else?

Probably some new front struts, the stockers won't last long.

how do you install cc plates? do you have to take the strut out?

damnit that reminds me, my camber is off JUUUUST barely, it;s on the edge

the cc plates are just a waste of money.. from the factory you can adjust caster and camber without buying the CC plates... just drill out the rivets and do the nessacary adjustment... I lowered my car with steeda sport springs and just used the factory adjustments for my alignment and its right on..... unless you gook drop your car you'll just be able to use the factory adjusters.... save the money and put it into something else IMO...

You can only go so far with stock adjusting before you need caster camber plates that allow more play. Most people who just drop their car dont need it but when you start getting into the lower drops or have 18s with aftermarket springs its more common that youll need them.

im running steeda 4 bolt c/c plates. easy install and never had an alignment issue. cant go wrong with steeda or MM
