Well I just found out that my g/f of 10 months cheated on me...I made reservations for tonite at a very nice resturaunt too....

Springs, I cant say I know EXACTLY what you are going through, as my gf didnt cheat on me, but I also know that saying, "forget her, theres a million others out there" wont work either. Keep your head up, dont get too down. I know you feel like it was a wasted 10 months, trust me, try a year and 8 months...just stay positive, dont know what you think about the God thing, but he does stuff for a reason, try not to get too deep, but if it wasnt meant to be, then let it work out the way its supposed to. Personally, if she cheated on you, dont even consider taking her back, as easy as that may seem. Dont go being the tough **** and kill the other guy either, while its partly his fault, she was part of it too. Let it go, let them be happy, and realize that you are better off without the girl that was unfaithful to you, because she'll prolly do the same thing to him too. Smile, its a new day tomorrow. Go for a drive (if its not snowing, we know your driving isnt the best 
) and watch some funny movies. Dont dwell on the fact that its over, just take it a day at a time. Yes, its going to be hard if you cared for the girl, its been about 2.5 months for me, and im just now coming out of the slump. Hang in there bro, ill say a little prayer for ya, cause I know what you are going through.

I really dont know what kind of advice to give but just keep yourself busy for the next couple of weeks. Dont give yourself a chance to think about it... it will just **** you off more and more. Best thing to do is either completely forget about it or, my personal favorite, beat the **** out of her bf.
