Jack is being followed by the fuzz!!!!
Damnit! WTF?
Im being followed by police!!!
Now this is freaky.
INSTANCE #1 (last night)
Ok, i get off work around 10:30 and head to littleton, i stop by my local bar and have a couple beers with my buddy Tim who had been there a while and was pretty drunk. Anyways, i give him a ride home.
I leave the bar, no cars in sight (good ive been drinkin! Wasnt drunk, but the BAL in colorado is crazy low) I get to my buddys house which is about 2 miles away and drop him off and head home.
Everything going fine, no other cars in sight (it was around 2am) then BAM! Big ol ****ing headlights in my rearview blinding me. I look in the rearview and see the bubblegum rack on the top and realize it is a sheriff.
Now, i wasnt speeding, wasnt swerving(wasnt drunk), i couldnt think of a single reason for him to pull me over.
I get to the light and turn right, he follows, i take my first right, he follows, immediate right, he follows, immediate left, he follows, first right he follows and first left, he follows. I get to the end of the culdesac and hit the garage opener and pull up in my ddriveway, he ends up turning around and heads out.
I was FREAKED>
Yah, like i said, i wasnt drunk, but the BAL here in denver is low enough that if you drink 1 beer and get pulled over 45 min later yer getting a DUI. They dont play.
Anyways, i give a sigh of relief, made something to eat, and crashed out.
INSTANCE NUMBER 2 (this morning)
I get up this morning, im all outta milk. dammit. i get my **** together and head up to walmart. Im driving westbound and i see a cop going eastbound. I look over and the whole time he is STARING at my car. Next thing ya know he flips a bitch and pulls up behind me at the light. he is sittin there talking on the radio, looking at my car, and dickin around with his computer. He follows me the rest of the way to wallmart, follows me to the parking lot and pyulls up about 20 feet away from where i parked. I get out and look at him, the ****er is just sittin there staring at me. I figured, if this ******* wants to talk to me then he can come to me. ****er.
I go in walmart, get my milk, head back out, and the cop is gone.
INSTANCE NUMBER #3 around 1pm
Im on my way to work, my buddy is carpooling with me, i had told him about what had happen. We are headed eastbound, we pass an intersection where a cop is getting ready to go westbound. I tell my buiddy "watch this ******* follow me" Sure enough, he hits his lights cuts across several lanes of traffic gets behind me and follows me about 6 miles RIGHT ON MY ***. Whole time on his radio and checking his computer and staring at my car.
I dont know WTF is going on, probably some dude in my area with a black stang knocked off a liquer store and they think it might be me, or they heared about the dead hooker in the trunk.
but this **** is getting old.
Oh yah, DONT DRINK AND DRIVE!

Could be alot of thing's.I had one follow me home from work one day all the way into my driveway.I got out and asked him if I could help him and he say's "Well I was outrun by a Mustang about an hour ago and thought it might be you".I was like "I was at work an hour ago,I have the number would you like too call them?"Then I said "Do you think if I out ran you I would drive down the middle of town driving right by the Police station?"
He watched the tape and said that he could'nt tell if it was me or not.Damn did'nt I just tell him I was at work Duh!!He did'nt even know what color the Stang was that outran him.I just laughed and went into the house.

heh watch out bro...u should check your laws but here in FL and in MD officers are not allowed to Profile you for more then a mile if you haven't commited any offenses/ and aren't under suspicion of a DUI...which they will have to prove in court...
That being said here in FL, officers are allowed to pull anyone they believe is under the age and drinking for a sobriety test...no matter if there is no reasonable suspision...
I usually have no problem with an officer profiling me if he honestly things I was involved in a high speed pursuit or something like that...but I get really tired of seeing them eye me across traffic when they're a POS integra with a body kit and fart can reving his engine and ****...I think i already mentioned a time my friend got a ticket for reving his engine...NO LIE while his car was turned off... him, me, his g/f, and another friend in a Camaro are all outside our cars by the local mickey D's and this Civic flys by Revin his hatchback like an idiot trying to call us out....no less then 15 seconds later a cop comes FLYING he had to be doin like 45-50 in the parking lot we're all like what the **** is goni on...mind you i'm eatin my 3 big macs and fries like the fat puerto rican i am...and he comes out pointing at my friends WRX and asks who it is...then says he's writing a ticket because he heard him rev the engine from across the parking lot... wtf u heard him rev the engine while we're outside the car...sure ok sherlock...ends up giving him a 50 dollar fine and asked me an my friend with the camaro if we were running catless...(this is when i had my Single stock exhaust)....so my friend pays the fine...50 bucks for something he didn't do...it woulda been a 30 dollar court fee to take it to court... hence I'm not the most gratefull person to atleast one member of MC's Finest...

Damn that's some BS dude. It sucks that a cop can give out a ticket on suspicion, they should have to have proof. the problem is that they dont have any accountability.
Not that long ago a buddys girl was trying to hook me up with her friend, however, her friend got pulled over and arrested under mistaken identity. She was there untill 4am.
And what happens to the cop? NOTHING>

I think if they give you a ticket and you fight it and win the local PD should give you $200 for wasting your time.
If they arrest you under mistaken identity they should pay YOU $1000 for every 2 hours held.
If they bust into the wrong house they should have to fix anything they broke, plus doll you out $5000 for retribution.

well responsible depts. are....like for breaking into a wrong house they fix that... but as for your girl thing...
one of my friends gets a DUI this past weekend (yes his fault...but he's a good guy and was trying to take a friend home she was crying HISTARICALLY) ne who...he shouldn't have been driving...yada yda yada he gets pulled over and is in lock up...well my friend goes over there to bail him out the next day, pays bail...wait no they can't release him because their is some clerical error and now the system is down....
it may turn out to be a blessing in disguse...it may force the court to give him some leanancy...

If your laws are that stringent about drinking and driving, I would be very weary of drinking a beer and driving. You don't want that on your record..
