Where can I find a 03-04 OEM cobra spoiler and the cobra front and rear bumpers and side ground effects?
Do I have to drill different holes for the wind to fit? Do the body kits match up to the GT's

You'll have to fill in the holes on your current decklid and then drill new ones for the cobra spoiler. Try to find someone with a wingless decklid and it'll save you some money. You'll need the spoiler and the brakelight. I was gonna go down this road once, but it was gonna be a $700-800 venture-a little steep for a spoiler.

 

What about the front and rear bumpers or side skirts? Where can I get ahold of those?
