Default Im Fuqed....

hey, here's my story. Im only 16, turning 17 in a couple days. Me and my friends last night went to a club and on the way home(4:30am) my friend wantd me to drive his car for him for some reason he didnt drink or anything. so on the way home we got lost and ended up on the tappan zee bridge in new york and i got so fustrated that i just started speeding......99mph in a 55. state troopers pulled me over and i am not supposed to be driving past 9 so out of fear i gave him my older brother's ID that says 19 years old. He ended up giving me the ticket and my brothers information is on it. My parents thought I was at my friends house sleeping over the whole time......what the fuq do i do?! the friend that was with me's father is an officer so he was going to talk to the trooper, i was thinking maybe just never telling my parents and going to the court by myself. Worst case pay a fine and my brother will get some points but he's away at college anyway so he cant drive anyhow. what should i do?

Fess up and get it off your conscience. You'll learn later in life that taking a kick in the nuts now is better than taking 2 kicks in the nuts next week.

Your screwed man. You've got no other choice. Have fun attempting to beat the rap from your cops of fradulent information. That should give you another pretty fine.

Do this, lift your right hand up in the air and lean to one side. Now reach under your butt and get your brain. Put it back in your head and as long as you do this before making decisions like this one you will be always ok. Teens dont have a fear of many things which gets them in trouble. I would say that he is not a true friend as he would of not asked you to drive.

His friend should of known that he could not drive pass 9:00pm and should of not asked him to drive. Tony had gotten into some trouble already twice

tell your family and theyll help you out, maybe you give your bro the $ and he pays the fine and takes the hit on his lisence so you dont get completely screwed, thats what families for right? lol
but ya the tappanzee bridge is gay, def. a sight to see at night, we use to go down there for baseball trips caravaning down as a team trying to follow our crazy *** assistant coach who drove 100 and would serve from lane one to 12 on the garden state parkway near the tolls

No...your all missing something here...

He gave the police officer fradulent information. That is a punishable offence and can, and probably will, be added to his already happy fine, if not a felony. Even if he pays the fine and his brother takes the points, which I HIGHLY doubt he would as that would drive his insurance costs up. Added to all of this, you were doing a 99 in a 55. In most states, thats reckless driving and can get your liscense suspended as well as a HUGE amount of points.

New York State:
Speeding:
More than 40 MPH 11 Points on License
Reckless Driving (at this point the two go hand in hand) 5 Points

Total Number of points: 16

Max Number of Points on License before suspension: 11

And thats going to sit on his record for a LONG while.

There is NO way you can get out of this one dude...better bring out that bicycle.

the first time i got pulled over the officer told me he could have given me a seperate ticket for reckless driving because i was dipping from lane to lane and dodging cars but this time i was the only car on the road @ 4:30am so he didnt even mention recklessness. he just said i needed to slow the fuq down.

i talked to my bro first las night around 8pm nd he told me that he understands and that he knows i was scared at the moment and shyt so then i told my parents after that and they flipped out as i expected but they are going to try and help me. in the mean time, my father took my license plates off my mustang and told me if i wanna keep it i have to start my own insurance see'n how i was on his plan to begin with(i paid for the car itself so they cant sell it for me). so basically i could either sell the car or i could start a second job and pay a good 6g's a year or something around that to keep it.....still thinking....

With having a fast sports car, comes the responsibility that comes with it. Insurance is going to kill you. I think you should plead no contest, and talk to a DA and tell them you want the tickets, not your brother and explain the situation. Theres no reason why your brother should pay for your stupidity.

No.. he does.

Guy I know borrowed a friends ID to get into a bar out here, got caught on it, cops were called, friend pressed no charges as he didn't care, and he now has identity theft on his record.

Couldn't get a job at the bank I work at becuase of it. Its more serious than you'd think.

Your Brother is a better man than I. If you were MY brother and pulled that ****e I'd beat you senseless. that tickets would be the least of your problems. Grow Up Dumbass and realize that the stupid decisions you make affect other people in this world.
