Will this size fit on a 18x10 rim and would they fit without rubbing?

 

335 is too big on an 18. It will rub.

 

Yea thats what I was thinking too.A guy I know has some that size he was going to give me that were only a couple of months old.

 

Roll the fenders.

 

Its only a hammers, or torch's fix away from fitting.

 

Shoot, take em and sell em if they dont fit. lol

 

You would need a 11" rim to fit 335s

 

What kind of tire are they? Different brands vary a lot in actual (vs sized) width. I've seen 315's (Nitto's for instance) that bulge over the edge of a 10 1/2" wheel, and Pirelli 315's that are barely wider than the same wheel.

If these are "narrow" 335's they might be useable, though I suspect they will rub your quad shocks (might clear if you reverse the shocks).

Measure your current tires (I use 2 carpenter squares for this), measure your clearance to your quads and fenders, then measure the new tires.

This will give you a good idea of what you've got.

My buddy has 18" OEM Cobra Rs with toyo proxy 295/35/18 and his even rub.

 

I run 295/35 18 Firehawks with 18x10 polished deep dish bullits (from MT via this site) on the back of my 02, lowered 1.2" with Steeda springs. No rubbing, and a little less than 1/2" clearance between them and the quad shocks.

A friend of mine runs the Nitto drag radials on the same wheels, and we had to swap ends of his quad shocks to stop rubbing the shocks. (He has just a little clearance now, maybe 1/4"). We considered removing the quad shocks altogether, which can be done, but found it wasn't necessary.

Now, the FRONT tires need to be 275 (or narrow sized 285's), on 18x9's or rubbing is almost certain.

Different types of wheels (and their various offsets) make a big difference. Measure your particular wheels, tires, etc. before making a decision.
