ideling at 1600 rpm

ideling at 1600 rpm
I had to replace the harmonic balancer(it came apart). I removed the fan and nessary wires(plugs) to get the fan our. I secussfully replaced the balancer. reinstalled the fan and put all plugs back where were. The car is ideling at 1600 rpm. I'v tried a few things . They are not working. HELP!!!!!
