whats up guys new to the forums !

i have a stock 03 gt. I was wondering do they come stock with shorty headers or longtube headers ? a guy that fixed my transmission at hte shop looked and siad he saw shorty headers but I want to make sure before I buy exhaust.

secondly, what all did eleanor have done in gone in 60 seconds to sound like that ? headers mid pipe flowmasters no cats and a cam ?

stock gt exhaust has short tubes

the sound came from it being an entirely different engine

 

it comes stock with short headers

as for gone in 60 seconds, it came with a real good sound effects team.

The lope you hear will require a cam swap, and a pretty aggressive one at that with a real rough idle.

Ill let somone else post recs for the cam and exhaust combo, i dont have a lot of experience.

thats a good start but you will need a cam swap to get that lope.

the good news is full exhaust and a camswap will definatly help you with power.
