I´m new to this forum, just got my Mustang GT ´05 and I love it. My father has a Mustang GT ´06 and he loves it. Just something about these cars. But like they say like father like son!

I only have one picture of them together at the moment but I´m going later on today to take more solo pictures of my Mustang. Just wanted to start the thread and I will add some more later on

Well I went out and took some pictures in Reykjavik, Iceland. The weather was nice so I decided to go out Didnt take alot but here is the outcome, hope you like

Is it me or does the one on the left look smaller?

 

Haha it does look smaller. must be some kind of optical illusion...

I think the one on the left is actually parked farther back.

 

Hehehe yeah the left one is smaller, it was made a mini Mustang GT a smaller version and lighter... hehhe no kiddin :P It´s just parked a little further away

The third mustang in the picture is white, but you can't even see that one becuase it appears so small and in the black ones shadow.

The things that are on the plan is the cold air intake kit, Magnaflow 'Magnapack' Catback System, new perfomance Radiator, Strut Tower Brace, SHR Black Aluminum Billet Fuel Door, HID Dual Beam Headlight Conversion Kit, Fog light with angel eyes, Dupli-Color Brake Caliper Paint Kit - Red, DiabloSport Predator 2005 Mustang Tuner and bigger wheels, havent made up my mind on how big the wheels should be... 18", 19" or 20"

And some decals for the engine to lift it up

But I live in Iceland so this is going to take some time (And money) but hopefully this will all be installed for next summer

Welcome! So, how rare are Mustang in Iceland and how much is gas? Enquiring minds want to know....

 

Hehehe! Well there are prob. about 30 - 40 Stangs in Iceland if there are that many. They are rare that make them the whole more interesting! There are only about 320 thousand people that live in Iceland so almost everybody knows everybody situation. But the girls in Iceland are to die for hehehe

But the gas price here is per liter, and the price is 2.10 usd per liter what is the gallon? 3.78 liters or sum? So its 7.8 usd per gallon and there are some specalations that it will get higher

Yeah hehehe also the price of a new Stang is about 72-73 thousand usd

And yeah there will be some mods going on!! I´m actually trying to get a in dash dvd player that will cover the old one up, like a touch screen something like this:



Does anyone know whats the best player for that? And has anyone ever done that?

To be honest, most Stang drivers in the US don't do these sort of things. That does not mean that you should not, just that it may be harder then you think to find someone here who can help.

BTW, are their dealers in Iceland, or do you have to import the stang yourself?

 

Okey, its brilliant because it has a GPS equipment and bluetooth. But yeah we have a dealer here in Iceland. But sometimes its cheaper to import the car yourself!
