Pre-Paid Phone question...

I am getting an AT&T/Cingular Go Phone for my step daughter and am curious about something....if I buy her the cheapo Go Phone package and then find a AT&T/Cingular Razr on eBay, can I just swap out the sim cards and tada, instant pre-paid Razr?

Anyone know if TracFone is on the same GSM network as AT&T?

no a tracfone will not work..
