need some enlightenment on O/R

Default need some enlightenment on O/R

Ok I want to remove my cats but I just cant go buy a o/r h or x I already have a h pipe after the cats.

now if im right thats not where the normal place of a midpipe is.
so if thats right how would i go about removing the cats and putting something else in. sorry if this sounds retarded.

if i were you i would get new mufflers it would not be cheep if the cops find an o/r pipe on your car.

well i just bought new mufflers and love them I just want them a little bit louder

since you want you mustang to look like all most every mustang you should put that on your car in honor of all the riced out mustangs.

I would keep the h-pipe and have a shop make 2 straight pipes so you could unbolt the cats and put them in place and swap them out whenever you have to get smog tested.

but that would only eliminate 2 of the 4 cats

They should be able to make them from that manifolds down to behind the 2nd pair of cats. As for high flow cats i would pick up 2 carsound(magnaflow) and install them and ditch the other 2. You should be able to pick up a pair on ebay for around 120/pr.

not for CARB ones they run around 140+ each
