Hey guys i was wondering what the best brake pads on the market were. Are Hawk any good etc? The brakes are the ones on the 01 Bullitt.

 

My experience with Hawk pads is that they work well, and when hot they REALLY grip.

Avoid them if you have cross-drilled and slotted rotors - they maintain a leading edge that is noisy as all get-out.

Also, avoid the Baer 13" rear rotor deal. Like all "it seems too good to be true" stories, they are headaches you don't want to have.
