ok so i got this kick *** deal on longtube headers they are for 96-00 4.6l gt mustangs ok so i know the 00 is pretty much the same as mine which is an 01 will the headers still work i mean i dont see why not i guess i just like to hear someone else say it so it doesnt bother me an im not paranoid etc. lol

Yes they will work just fine, ive never heard of headers for only 96-00

 

same heads = same exhaust manifolds. They'll work just fine.

 

True, i bought 03 GT headers cause i didn't want to reuse my 97 headers and they looked identical.

 

the heads are different the ports are the same thus 96-04 are the same headers.
