yea so a stock vette not on the year maybe a 1990 but will find out tomorrow so anyways he follows me on the on ramp and the second i see he about to pass me ( he had it floored at this time) he floored it and by the time it was said and done he had me by about 1/2 car length....how much power does those year vettes have? but i didnt floor it till about a second after he did so i think it would be a good race

Raced a vette he got a 1/2 second head start and beat me by 1/2 car...vette was maybe a 1990 and was standard

a 90 vette has a TPI 350, around 245-255hp I think.

if it was a zr1 then 380 hp but i doubt it

As long as it wasn't a crossfire injected vette, you are good. Crossfire was dubbed "cease-fire" injected b/c it sucked.

 

I am no Vette expert, but some of them in the early 90's were really slow. I actually saw a guy run 16's with one at the track. He ran next to me on two races.

1990- has 250hp 1992- has 300hp
