On the 24th my Mustang comes out to play again! I cant wait! Its been tempting to take it out just up and down the road but im not going to give into temptation. Knowing my luck, something will happen and of course itll be in the last week of waiting to get it out officially. I know its going to be a different car with the new exhaust. Ive got to get my brakes on still and ill do it a couple days before it comes out. Ive got my FRPP rear brake braket kit ordered from work and ive got to wait till that comes in. Its on back order but I get it at cost which is great. Full exhaust + full brakes all around will be fun!

What is significant about the 24th? I know you don't drive all year because of the snow..but why the 24th?

 

Just the way my insurance is. My insurance is in a 6 month block and that entire term ends on the 25th so truck comes off insurance, and car goes back on.

I know how you feel about getting your stang out. I'll be waiting another 2 months. lol you guys drive your car 365 days i drive mine less then 20 a year.

 

I'd go crazy if I couldn't drive mine year round.

 

I usually wait til late april early may to take mine out...Ohio weather is so random. Last april I can remember it snowing and this past january it was near 70 for 2 days. I might have to push that date up this year though to really test out my new cobra

 

God that thing looks like a monster...twin Stangs in the drive way...hard to beat...

Im glad I left all that crappy weather behind. I was at South Beach yesterday and saw a very rare car which I took a pic and vid of. Just need to get my Bluetooth dongle to work.

 

Weather cleared up and all snow was melted by 1pm. I went home and grabbed the car, and started on my way to work when I look west and it was all black clouds coming. I turned around and put it back in the garage. it was snowing more but nothing that stuck. mabye ill pull it out on saturday.

 

I don't know how you deal with only driving your 'stang during certain months. I couldn't do it. I deployed for 5 months last year and not driving my car for that short time damn near killed me! You've got a lot more self-control than I do.
