Question about my product i just recived

Ok I just bought these pedals http://www.americanmuscle.com/mac-al...vers-auto.htmlfrom AM and I tried to install them and there is no possible way. They just wont fit.
My dad and I spent hours figuring out and trying ways to put them on none worked. They didn't come with directions. I was wondering if I could exchange them?

did you try the boiling technique?

I've heard you have to boil them in water to soften them up to be able to slip them over your stock pedals.

those are a fuggin NIGHTMARE to install.

pull off the rubber padding on the stock pedals if it has it.

take the new pedal surface and use a clamp and clamp it at the base, drill out the holes and put in the screws. then get another clamp on the top and start clamping it shut to bend it to the shape, then drill the holes and install.

dont forget bandaids, a punching bag, and a blowhorn to scream out profanitys for maximum frustration release. I also reccommend having some beer there.

I guess these aren't the pedals I think they are then...there are some rubber ones...that I have heard you must first boil to get the rubber soft enough to stretch over the pedals. and no I didn't click his link...I made an assumption... makes an ass outta me.

Are you sure you got the right ones for your year? Shoot me a PM with your order number and I'll take a look at what you got and all that jazz. We can go from there.
