I have 2 questions

How long will the wait be on 17x9 chrome cobra 95 style rims? Are they on back order? And how much will the Ford C-Springs really lower my car. Does anyone know of a good spring that will lower my car 1.5 inches?

H&R sport springs is what I went with and 1.5 is what they did.
