93 gt with a BB 460?
 

ok i just bought a 93 gt with a 302 in it and curently have a 94 gt with a 347 stroker and intercooled t68 turbo for sale but now i want to pull the 302 out of the 93 and plug a BB 460 in it with a 300 shot is there anyone out there who has put a 460 in a fox before if so how hard was it and what all am i going to have to change to get it to fit? thanks

You might want to check with someone about clearance,if your using a stock hood.

its been done and it will fit. I am almost positive you need atleast a 3" cowl to fit it due to its being so damn tall. there was a 460BB with 200shot at FFW here in orlando he was running in the 9's with it and i dont think he had much done to the motor either.

I got all those part #s above from CarCraft. From when they did the engine swap issue. Its listed on their web site too.
