Harmonic balancer wobbles now?

Sorry, this is the same post as my "Smog pump eliminator problem" topic, but I guess that's not the problem afterall? I'm assuming the balancer didn't seat properly on the crank? You can delete the other post, if needed?

OK, finally got the car back together Wednesday night, took it for a test drive and everything seemed fine. Took my wife for a ride in it last night and when I laid some rubber, the damn belt flew off!! Luckily, a friend lived right down the road, from where it happened. Of course, he didn't have the correct tools, so after about 15-20 mins, I got the belt back on. Then, started the car, looked down there to make sure everything was running smoothly, when the belt slowly started to ease off the smog pump eliminator pulley. Shut off the car, reached down by the pulley and the damn pulley was about to fall off!!! Tightened it as best as I could and was wondering if I leave this thing on the car, should I put some threadlock on the bolt or something? The thing came in the mail already assembled. Thanks

If you havent taken if off and tighted it down more with thread lock you need too. As per the harmonic balancer comming off thats just scary and needs to be fixed asap.

No, it was pretty damn tight, because I removed it earlier today. The crank pulley was warpped/bent and I'm unsure why the balancer was wobbling, but I figured I'd buy both items new and save myself some trouble.... Also, I think the damn car's still leaking anti-freeze from somewhere?

why do you think its leaking? or is it burning it threw the tail pipes (white smoke from exhaust).

No, there's still a little puddle behind the water pump, on the pass side and last night, when I took the fan, pulley and balancer off, there looked to be a small drip, from the heater metal pipe to WP hose, guess I'll try to tighten it up some more.

i would think your using an impact gun to take the balancer off, if your not then who ever put it on before didnt use one and thats just an accident waiting to happen. Tighten that bitch up with an impact other wise you will just turn the motor over and over using a wrench.
