19's can handle the power (99-01), 21's handle it better (02-04). Really all you have to do is hook up, turn on, go fast.

When you start seeing 100hp shots and up, you're way outside the power handling of the 19# injectors (IMHO and by the math). 21's can still do it but at that point 24's are better anyway. the tune is just going to retard the timing. Get a steeda timing pointer used and knock 2 degrees out before you do a nitrous run. Don't hit the button till after you cross 3500 rpm since that's where the stock tune starts to richen up enough to handle it.

yep. paypal@aossguns.com. Figure shipping for about 30lbs from 94550 to your place. If you don't want the bottle, you can have everything else for 60 bucks + shipping (for about 8lbs) a screaming deal if I do say so myself.

EDIT:

an 03' GT. Hell dude, you have 21# injectors already. You're good to go all the way for a dry 75 shot.

are u sure 03 comes with 21? my 02 came with 19s........


so what all do i get for 60 bucks+shipping? and what else would i need for a dry shot? i probably asked this 100 times ...

Used kit here no problems but I did rewire everything as a precaution and inspected all hoses and fittings before I even installed it.

I tend to agree with spike for me and people that know better already but generally mostly newbs buy used nitrous as their first foray into a power adder before spending real money. Spike makes good points on warranty work. Thanks for the tips.

Dom, if you have an 02, you should have PINK topped injectors. If they are pink tops they are 21#. If they are yellow tops you have a late 01 hardware wise that got stuffed into the 02 model year and have 19#. If your MAF is 6 wire you should have pink topped 21's.

Your latest idea is your best. Cams, gears and a jmod sounds great to me. do you want the kit, or should I offer it to floppy?

actually im going to have to back out for now too, just for a little bit until i figure out what im doing. not sure if you read the thread about the sponsorship but i met with them last night and i may be getting seriously hooked up in the very near future.
