WTB: 99-04 GT Tuner

Im looking for a hand held tuner. Xcal,Diablo,Predator. IF your selling yours let me know.

make sure the tuner is unlocked before you go buy one from someone.

I thought you can only buy them new for them to work properly with your car?

i know you can mail it off to have it "unlocked" read the tuner vs chip thread and it talks about it in there.

I bought mine used off of ebay and I don't think I even new it needed to be unlocked or not. It is a Diablo Sport Predator the only draw back is it stores your cars original tune in its memory, so every time you make any major changes you have to download your orginal tune back into the tune then download the new revisions from Diablo's website then reload it back into your car their is a way to save your original tune to a laptop or a computer. In all the diablo is the way to go especially if you swap out your gears or run a off road x or h pipe with no cats. Used is always cheaper just pay attention to what you are buying.

Cheaper is not always the cheapest. You still have to pay to get it programmed for your car.
