why does your dragstrip start downhill and go uphill at the end?

it just looks downhill, really isn't and it's only an 1/8 so the uphill isn't part of the track.

Took me 3 or 4 mins to download. looks like about 30 mins of vid. (I love cable modem). Kinda shakey though. I'll watch the rest of it later. It's hard to record anything at a dragstrip. Too much movement going on. That 1st mustang slept badly on the tree. Was that you??

Finally watched that whole vid. I was close. 26 mins of vid. Damm there was enough ricers out there to make you feel unwanted huh??. Looks like the left side traps time was not working. Dammm. Nice vid man. looked like a good ole time at the local track.
