Clutch slippage in my 2006 mustang

Default Clutch slippage in my 2006 mustang

I just got the car back in january. The previous owner had to learn stick on it and so have I. The clutch started slipping today when I was driving home from work. What should I do and how much will it cost

only thing that will fix it is a new clutch. take it easy on it till u can do it. slow take offs and no gunning the gas while in motion.

its expensive in the shop. if you are handy or know someone who works on cars that is willing to help it can be done in the driveway. a transmission jack helps unless your in good shape. if you are saving money doing it yourself buy a decent clutch set. when mine started slipping in my 96 i bought a spec stage II. that was prob 4 or 5 years ago and haven't had a prob since. go ahead and replace the trans fluid while your at it
