Yellow dashboard light?

So, I bought a 2007 v6 Mustang a few months back, and one of my tires has started going flat and this little yellow light with an exclamation point popped up on the dashboard (I assumed it has something to do with my tires pressure). No big deal I thought to myself, I filled the tire back up. The next day, my tires pressure is still fine, but that light popped back up and whenever I brake my brakes make this sort of sliding grindy noise.

I assume it means that my brake pads are bad or something..? But the car is 'new' and the pads were changed when I got the car from the dealership.

Any ideas on what the noise can be/why the light is on? Any help would be VERY appreciated.

You gotta be more specific. It's not just an '!', there's a shape also. Does the shape look like a tire cross-section? If it does, that's your TPS light. If it came back on, your pressure is low. Make sure you trust a reliable gauge, as cheap stick gauges, etc. can be far off (and with the colder weather, will lower the tire pressure). Find a good gauge and make sure your pressure is at spec, +/- 2 psi.

As far as the brakes, how often do you drive the car? Does the noise go away after braking a few times?

check on the brake pads it looks like as it has gone out of order now, so better to leave it now and replace with new one

i guess it is not going to be sorted out without go for a check manually .. instead there are very slim chances to catch the trouble for any by the read only
