97 radiator question?
 

hey guys i got a 1997 base mustang with a 3.8 v-6.........do they make a double fan that will go in place of the oem fan? if so any leads to 1 maybe somebody on here has 1 for sale? i couldnt find it if so thnx bb

We don't need a double fan because our fans are two speed fans.

Actually they are a two speed fan. Thats why we have one large fan and not two. We don't need them.

Is something wrong with your cars cooling system?

no nothing is wrong other than the temp gauge has always shown over 1/2 closer to 3/4 as normal,and it scares my wife to death,we tried different degree thermostats and no change so i was just hoping to add more air to see if that will bring it down some....its never overheated,since we have bought it in 1998,just something to try to bring the temp down so the gauge looks more normal...runs about 185 to 190 normal,just a little to warm to me,anyway that what we r hoping to do. thnx bb

You can change thermostats all day long, but if you don't change when the ecu turns the fan on/off at it will do little to nothing.
