Wheel upgrade question
I've got the original 15' rims on my 2000 V6 and i'm upgrading to bullitts. I'm getting 17 by 9 in the front and 17 by 10.5 in the back. Do i need to recalibrate the speedomenter since there bigger and wider tires/rims? Answers A.S.A.P.

No you won't need to recalibrate. Post pics once you get them on.

As long as the tires are the same height, no recalibration will be needed. And this is just my :2cents: but I think you might reconsider 17s. That's what I have on my car, and they look alright on SN95s, but on the 197s they look small. Might think about going to 18'' or 19'' ever just because they are bigger, bulkier cars.
EDIT: Nevermind. I was being dumb. 17s will look great! lol. |
whered u get s197 from? he said its for a 00 v6..
|
Whoa! nevermind. For whatever reason I was thinking of that kid with the Red/Black S197....
