I replaced mine a while back. The first thing you gotta do is fold the rear seats down, and you'll see two or three bolts holding the big rubber/plastic trim piece in place. Pop those off and remove the piece, and then you will have to take the carpeted particle board behind it covering the speakers off. If memory serves its not secured by anything just tucked in there tight. You will have to kinda bend it, carefully, up and out. Check in the trunk where the rear deck is for any trim push-pins that may need to be popped out first. A few small screws hold the speakers in but you can get to 'em as soon as you can see the speakers. Sorry for the long post but hope that helps!

I actually figured out how to do it already.I appreciate it though. I just started taking **** apart...haha. It was a pain in the *** to get to those screws that were closest to the window though. I didnt have anything small enough to fit back there so I had to lay in my trunk and unscrew them with a set of pliers, haha. Took me an unnecessary 2 hours to complete the ****, and the whole time I was gettin eating alive by mosquitos. But all in all, the speakers sound really good. Alot more bass than my stock 6x8s. Now all I need to do is figure out how to get the doors off so I can throw new speakers up front.

Oh alright. That's usually how it boils down anyways with these cars, start taking **** apart and find what works haha. It'd be funny to write a repair manual based off of the random **** I do sometimes it would look like Dr. Suess's acid trip haha.
