mach exhaust...how much?

some of yall might remember that i've been trying to figure out what to do for my exhaust. i thought about doing a bolt on to the y pipe and then i thought about going to the exhaust shop...then i thought about doing dumps, and now i've finally settled on getting a gt takeoff and welding that on myself, and buying some mac flowpaths and welding them in place of of the stock mufflers. i found a dude parting out a mach and he is wiling to sell me the catback for 130 shipped. this is cheaper than anything i've found before plus dont the mach's have rolled tips?

btw, he said the mufflers were deleted and its just straight pipe al the way back...how would that sound on a 6er?

idk man.. it sounds good like that but alotta times in real life they sound completely different and almost annoying during higher rpms, not to mention back pressure..

as in too much back pressure or not enough?

and i think i may just slap it on then if it sounds crappy ill buy mufflers and weld them in

usually straights will make u loose back pressure which kills your low end torque.. but all cars are different about it. but yea that sounds like a good idea to me, so if u dont like it u can always just go back and put some mufflers in there
