GTP pull off supercharger??
 

My buddy drives a Pontiac GTP and he was talking to some V6 mustang owners at a car show and they said they were using the GTP superchargers on their V6 mustangs. Has anyone heard of this before? And if so how hard would it be to do?

One more thing, my car has a little delay in the throttle response, it time for a new fuel filter? But I want to be sure, is there some way to test the fuel filter to know if I need a new one?

The Eaton M90 (which is what the GTP has) can be used on the single port 3.8L mustangs ONLY. That's the 94-98 models. There's a lot of info about it over on www.3.8mustang.com

that sucks, i was realy hoping i could do that to my 2001 but i guess not. do you know anything about my filter problem?

Well, if you mean delay in throttle response as in about 1/3-1/2 of a second, that's typical. Is it an automatic? When I floor mine there's a delay too. I believe a tune can remedy that.
