the 1.73 high ratio roller rockers are lighter and made from a better material. It gains lift without putting in a cam.

they will gain around 6-10rwhp. it was one of the N/A mods i was really happy with. course i have 1.8's but people say they have wrong geometry. so that's why i sugguested the 1.73.

on the subject of the tlok... i do not think that just the right tire spins without it...
i think with no tlok the wheel with the LEAST amount of traction gets all the spin. I know a few times my tires swap spinnin while im in snow. also, if you take a turn a bit fast and punch it, youll notice your inside tire spins; im assuming due to weight transfer which makes the inside lighter thus less traction

First off, its always a good idea to have a friend work with you on your car for safety as well as convience.

ok, exhaust you can do yourself just need a saw, jackstands, and a brain

headers in the v6 are kinda tight you might want someone to help you out cause you need to get under the car as well.

Cold Air Intake : BAM!! http://www.americanmuscle.com/am-v6-cai-install.html

I'd def have a shop do tlok and gears too much to srcrew up

I'd say T-lok and 4.10 gears. that will help you accelerate a lot faster.
