yea sure man is yours a straight through (as in you can see the filter when you open the hood) or is it a fender well intake?

K&N has very good instructions on how to take out the stock mass air sensor

http://www.kandn.com/instructions/57-2532.pdf

and thats for a 99-04 I probably should have asked what year your car is and also which intake you bought I might be able to find some instructions for you

Ok the directions that I posted are not for a fender well so only go up to step 12 on the site that I posted. That will get your stock intake out along with your mass air sensor and that site will be easier for you because it has pictures. Now to install your fender well intake these directions are for you: http://www.americanmuscle.com/mustan...-gt-cobra.html

They are similar to the K&N directions but the one main difference is you need to install your filter inside the fender well. Hope that helps a little
