Default Where to get the strut bar in the engine compartment?

I'm looking to get a strut bar in the engine compartment for my 07 Mustang V6. Also, is it easy to install myself, it shouldn't be to hard, right?

Does anyone has it?

Thanks.

That depends....

On the 99-04 cars they attach to the strut covers but also to the fire wall. This requires removeing the cowl and the windshield wipers. But that si the easy part.

On mine, the bolt were a bitch to bolt on to the under side of the strut covers. You really need a lift and even to remove the wheels. I did it without, but it was a bitch.

The ones for the 05+ cars are probably easier. You can also get them painted to match your car too.

This site sells them:

http://www.americanmuscle.com/steel-...-05-06-v6.html

Also, check FRPP. If you get a MM&FF Magazine, there are tons of ads for Mustang parts. This is a fairly basic device and there will be a lot of companies making them. However, being that you have an '05+ and a V-6 the number of places may be a bit more limited.

You can also check www.steeda.com and stage3motorsports (I think that si what they are called).
