turn OD off when you are racing, and leave it on when you are driving normally. Basically all overdrive does is tell the car if can use 4th gear or not. and you will get really mad mileage driving around normally with Overdrive off.
|
Doesent matter.
O/D only engages when the car is in a coasting state. If yer on a dig it wont matter one way or another, but if yer rolling and you think yer gonna get in a race from a roll, shut it off. |
Yeah, if your going to race from a roll, say around 40mph then turn it off. Its like dropping down a gear.
|
If you have O/D on during a race from a roll, it'll delay when you floor it because that's when the computer tells the tranny to get ready to roll.
