Default Timing Chain/ belt

just wondering when i should do this or if i have to do this at all.

car has 99,0000 miles on it and i dont know if it has had it done before.

Can tuners or flashers time the belt for me or will i have to take it to a shop?

Damn, you have 990,000 miles on you car , Sweet.

You have a timing chain on your car and is built extremely well. you don't have to worry about changing till you have about 200,000 miles on the car.
