Default 6 speed

i was wondering if it was possible to put a 6 speed into a v6 and if it is what would you all have to do?

yea it is . . but it costs pleanty of $$$$$ and to be honest, a T56 isnt worth it.

well right now i have an auto and plan on switching to a manual and was wondering how much more than a 5 speed?

usually about 800-1000 bucks more. I'd get a T5 and have it rebuilt with whatever gear ratios you need. It'll cost less and snap right in. 6speeds are nice if you need close ratio at high gears like you'd see in open road racing but they're just heavier for street cars.

i agree. the T-56 would be a waste in a V6 IMO
