not many people run the flowmasters from what ive heard. i plan on running the super 40's on my 6. ive been trying to get a good answer about exhaust but no many people can help.

well i have herd that the Flowmaster force II will give my 6 a nice sound, different from the sound of an 8, but sitll a nice deep growl

jon3sgte 03-01-2005 02:51 PM

let me know how it goes.

The1Neo 03-01-2005 04:20 PM

i will, but i am not getting it right now, cause my dad is making me by all new brake pads and roders for the front and back of my stang. so i will probably get it sometime in april or may

Got it.

I have the Flowmaster Force II exhaust on my 2002 Mustang. I've had it for a few months now and it definatly makes a difference. Gives a nice low tone. I had a little trouble with the install because it didn't fit perfectly but with a little time I got it in nicely. If you have the stock bumper you'll have to lower it a little or bend the tips down to clear bumper. Overall I'm glad I bought it.

so it sounds good? yeah and i have a stock bumper, buti really dont have to worry cause i am goining to install it at my uncle's cause he has alift kit, and knows everything about cars. so him andmy dad and my rother will install it, andit cant be that hard cause its a bolt on kit. but my uncle could weld it on if i really wanted him to.

Sounds good! I'm sure you'll be happy with it.

P.S. They work fine bolted on but Flowmaster recommends welding them.

thanks for the info, i hope my uncle wll wield it for me

I jus put my exhaust on my '02 today, Flowmaster 40 series Delta-flo's and they sound mean, alot like the older mustang's w/ the real deep growl at idle and the same through the RPM range. I went w/ a Custom catless X-pipe and 2 1/2" all the way back, i noticed a big difference in mine.
