nittos

so i have debated for a few months about which tires i am going to end up with the size i need is 245/45/17 soooo i had been thinking nitto 555 street tires then the kuhmo dragradials started looking good then the pirellis looked good so i think after much considereation i am gonna go with the nittos as far as pricing they are the cheapest and i have heard some really good stuff and bad stuff....so with that said with cost being a factor can anyone really give me a real good reason why not to buy them i mean at 114 a piece i cant complain

I have had good luck with mine I have 3k on my nitto but mostly all track passes and some cruising. They hook way better then street tires and for the money I think they are worth it.
But if you want great traction go with the mt et streets...but from what I hear you cant drive too long on them cause they get hot...

I have and use both. I use the street tires on the front and when I am driving to the shore or vacation, but I use the drag radials for track and local driving.
The nitto street tires are better the the pirelli's but the still break loose alot..
The drag radials are great for street and strip!

again thanx alot for the info...sure is good to get info from somone who has experience with what im asking about..i am only planning on going with 3.73's posssibly thinking about hthe 3.90s but most likely 3.73's so ill be ok with the breaking looose situation

Ive got 3.90 with pirelli pzero nero 245/45/17 all around and I really love my tires. They turn sticky at the track when spin em a little bit to kick the rocks off.

I have 555 Extremes I have 4000 miles them, they have been great tires and have held up well my only caution is they don't like the water when it rains look out.
