I'm considering getting the 17x10.5 DD Silver Bullitt Rims, but I have a question. The article in MM&FF said that the 315s on these rims rubbed, and I'm thinking about getting Eibach sport springs. (probably 1.5" in front and 1" in rear if i remember right) What tire sizes do I need to get for the front and for the back...I want a similar look to Lances03GT. I know he has 18s, but the silver DD don't come in 18s.
Just tell me rim sizes and tire sizes and if possible some pictures... Front: Rim: Tire: Rear: Rim: Tire: THANKS! |

Thats the best combo I can think of. Oh and I think H&R SS springs look the best.

The best for the 17's would be 275/40/17 for the front and 315/35/17 for the rear.No they will not rub!!!

Yes you need different sizes. The widest you can put on the front is 285's with just slight rubbing at full lock. Just get the 315's for the back and you wont have any problems there. 275's are what they use for stock 03 cobra's I believe so I think they would make a good size for the front. Another nice (but smallish) combo would be 265's in the front and 295's in the back.
