i have a 18x7.5 velocity rim that is bent on the inside, wont hold air...is it possible for it to be fixed/bent back in place??? please help..i got the rims at home in LA and i'm all the way in Florida now and would really like to just get it fixed asap without waiting a week for a new rim to get here... should i try to get the bent rim fixed?

I bent mine a few summers ago thanks to a wonderful pothole that developed on a road i knew well... hit it at about 45-50. I had the same issue (granted I don't know how bent yours is) but with a 2x4 and a sledge i got it to a place that it looked halfway decent and could hold air. Be careful though however you decide to try

It can be fixed in most cases but if it's cast aluminum chances are it's totalled.

Find a shop locally that does custom wheels (like they can weld you up a set). They'll be your repair facility. Usually costs 100-200 bucks.

My neighbor actually does this for his job, if you can send me some pics I can show him and see what he thinks?
