How much should I sell for?

I have some saleen replicas and ive looked em up and the offset is different from AM's so they are another brand. Regardless they are polished aluminum or hypercoated one, they can look dull and they can look shiny, i prefer them dulled up, dunno what that'd be for sure. They have sumitomo HTR II's on them, 255/45 front 275/40 rear, 50%+ tread. They are in perfect balance with stick on weights and have no curb rash. How much should i sell them for? I was thinking 800+ somewhere in there, some insight please! thanks guys.

I'd say like 600. With only about 50% tread left on the tires you figure about half the price if not less. Then the rims aren't that expensive to begin with, so figure little more than half the price for each one. I think 600 is fair with the tires. Probably get more bites offering them for $500.

a guy has offered me 01 cobra wheels and said hed put new nitto nt555 or something tires on em, and give me wheel spacers, they are ford wheels and not replicas, and give some boot... im just sooo perplexed but those saleens have to go, they look soo damn good, BUT they rob sooo much power, with my mach 1's on overdrive pulls as hard as 3rd used to. and plus why does 200hp need 10 inch wide wheels. so.

I'd go for that trade. $500 for your stuff sounds about right.

Is it really worth dropping 18x10's for some 17x8s just to get new tires? Although i look at it as a plus becuz my car has much more power, it just doesnt seem like a sane move to me, because tires are eventually gonna wear out. But ill see, i may just sell them outright.

You can't honestly tell me you can actually feel a big power loss with 18" rims. I think it's all in your head. There's not that much of a difference between a 17" rim and a 18". I felt no loss in power whatsover over the stock 16s that were on the car when I got it with 245 tires then the 255/315 17" I have on there now.

man im tellin ya it did, the tires dont have the right profile so they are much taller than what people run on saleens.. id say ur running 275/40/17 front and 315/35/17 back, thats the same height as a stock 17 245/45 in height.

What size tires are you running on them? The wheels that were on the car when i got it were 16s. Even with a little different profile, it's still not going to be robbing a significant amount of power.

255/45/ and 275/40. my mach 1's look PUNY in every aspect like toys to the saleens. and also when i changed them out the front fenders was rolled for me. no effort.

Dude your smoking something...

well i guess u all dont live in very hilly areas.. i have to climb hills every single day nearly straight up n down, i live on top of one as well. and i see the power difference there.

Your car has no torque and therefore feels like a slug climbing a hill. It's not your wheels, but if you think so, then so be it.
