Tires and Brakes
Ok so i got a question for ya. I got to thinking about tire sizes, id like to go from stock tires/rims to 18 inch rims and a 275/35/18 tire. if i do this will i need to get new brakes? Thanks.

but there is no real point to get the rear upgrade, the rear Cobra brakes are only a few millimeters bigger. I got the front kit for about $450.00 I think. screw that $1100.00 BS.
EDIT: wow I just checked on AM about the front kit. I was like WTF!!! the price went up $250.00!!! boo!!!!

cobra brakes should be on every v8 mustang that gets driven like a v8 car. There's always the 1 or 2 guys that do just fine with stock brakes but most of us drive kinda fast and more brake is mo' bettuh buttuh. The jump to the 18" rim makes a big difference in stopping distance. I'd at least recommend a more aggressive front pad.

yep. GT's and V6's have identical brake setups from the factory. Installing the cobra kit is almost too easy. BFR has about the best prices I've been able to find which makes me suspicious. Do your research on the company... see if their prices are low because of high sales volume or just sucking *** and not being able to get customers any other way.
