however
ive heard from the rim dealers that ive gone to that 18's on an 02 mustang if you lower in an inch they get messed up prettttttttty easy but on wheel replicas i cant find 17 inch rims for sale? can anyone tell me what theyve done and their experience

18's will be fine. Mine is lowered 1 1/2 and have had no problems at all. I could have went with a even bigger tire on the back but that was the biggest I could find from my tire guy.

If you go 18'9 all the way around I would go with a 275/40/18 or a 265/35/18 and be able to rotate them to make your tires last longer.

yaa hmmm i dono what to do i really want the 18's but i dont wana get screwed over when i hit a pot hole and it warps my rims or anything cause of the really low pro tires and the car lowered :sad3:

Go with a 275/40/18 on the front and a 295/35/18 on the rear and you will be fine.

k thanks
k thanks il see if i can get some kind of warrenty for it , now even if i lower the car an inch itl be alright? it wont mean i have to get really skimpy tires so taht itl fit and than they warp easy?

Nope look at my pics. There is still room even after the drop. Mustangs are lifted like a 4x4 from the factory :) You could go with a 315/35/18 on the back and still be fine.
