17X10.5 DD Bullitt Anthracite Matching 03 Stock Bullitts?

Hey everyone. I am planning on getting the 17x10.5 DD Bullitt Anthracite wheels. I have a 2003 Mustang GT. It has been lowered with FRPP C springs. The back isnt lowered that much. First off I am hoping that the wheels will match my 17X8's up front so I wont have to replace them. I have heard the 2003 and 2004 match the ones sold of American Muscle. Does anyone have any pictures with this setup? Also, will I have any clearance issures or rubbing going on with these wheels? THANKS

I have an 04 and did the same thing your gonna do and yeah they match but it still dosent look right. Two days after I got my DD in the back I called up AMusc. and orderd the 17x9 in the front and it looks so much better the stock 17x8's just dont look right.

yeah, i was wondering about doing that. I think ill get the back two first and see how it looks but I might end up doing that if it doesnt look right, do you have pictures with and without them upfront?

They look fine together, there is a slight finish difference. The 10.5s are a tad bit shinnier, color is the same and no one but me ever noticed until I pointed it out so I wasnt worried about it.

Imo I wouldnt spend the extra $$ for wheels and then tires too.

Here is a few pics of my old car with that setup.

The pics look good! The look like they match. Are those with the 17X8'S or 17X9's? And you say u wouldnt spend the money for it? How much did it all cost and what tires did you put on them. I was looking at mustang tuning and would probably put the sumitomo tires on because they are cheap.

I have the same setup on my 2003 GT DSG: 17x10.5 in the rear with 315s and stock 17x8 in the front with 275s. I have Eibach springs which drop the car about 1.5 inches all around (1.7 in the rear I think). Excellent combo. Sorry no pics. My 315s don't rub at all. The wheels match great and I couldn't tell the difference at all between the stock and the 10.5s. The front deep lip looks good too on the 17x9, but for me I liked the non-lipped look. Sumi's are great. I am running those in the rear and have no complaints! Worst comes to worst, buy the deep dish 17x10.5 and if you aren't happy with the match you can always get the 17x9s later.

thanks for the input, that makes me feel a lot better about buying them, sounds like you are really happy with them! If you get pictures I would love to see em

Thats the thing, in pictures the look ok (17x8 in front) but in person I did'nt like it, it has alot to do with the offset of the stock wheels. The 17x9's stick out a little more and they have a nice dish on the that really complments the 10.5's in the back, also you'll notice that the dish on the aftermarket wheels have more shine, but hey its up to you!
