Default Need your help....

Well I've been looking for wheels and found some on ebay. I can get 18x9-10's with tires for $1029 shipped. But I don't really care for the tires. So I have the option of getting the wheels for $574 shipped. My question is...what kind of tires can I get for the $455 left over? I want a moderate/decent front tire and a drag radial for the back. Whats the sizes and brands can $455 bucks get me?

I dont think you will find a decent set of NEW 18 inch tires for those rims at less than $500.

Sumitomos are a good bank for the buck tire.

I got mine on Ebay as a wheel/tire combo and ended up with Nexxen 3000 ZR's. They're made by Dunlop and so far have been great. Call them and see if / what else they offer for a bit more.

As zigzagg said for 18x10 in the back, you have a very small selection that cost a pretty penny. Maybe $600 for all 4.

Well how are those tires that come with the wheel/tire combos on ebay? Or are they just as crappy as the Daytons that are on the car now.

Like I said, mine are actually great so far. They're made by Dunlop, called the Nexxen 3000 and they're ZR-rated, nice tread pattern, good grip. Comes pre mounted, balanced, everything. Just get em and put them on your car. When I ordered my Cobra R kit I got Falken ZR's with it, they offered that upgrade. See what options they have. But I can say, the Nexxen 3000's are actually really good tires man, Dunlop has always been a good company as far as tires of theirs I have ran.

Make sure they are the right size of tires on the EBay auction. They put small tires on the 18x10's sometimes.

Yeah, that's the size I got. Best pics I have on my puter right now

I'll take some pics with the Roush fascia Tuesday, they looked a little small, but I think with the drop of the H&R's, it'll mesh good.

The front's are fine but a 265/35/18 is what I'm running on my 18x9's and I think they are small on them.A 265 on the rear is WAY to small!!

The tires look too low profile to me. Now I found another listing that has em for $1,395 and you get Toyo T1R tires 275/35 ZR18 (fronts) and 295/35 ZR18 (rears).

I like mine, dig the low profile. I'll probably just go a little bigger when I replace my tires though. Depends on how it looks when I lower it.
