edit im retarded he has 18 by 10. either way if its under 200 bucks get them because thats a steal. |
yea i didnt even pay attention to that. they probably will be expensive. I'de say just get some BFG's they hook alot better.
If he wants to use them on the street the Nitto's will last longer than BFG's or MT's.
Blue, i agree i've herd some people only gettin maybe 8K on BFG and like 15k on nitto's.
I still have not quite killed off my Nitto's yet with over 150 passes and monster burnouts on them. I got mine at Dicount tire direct also. $149.00 275/50/15's.
This may not be a great comparison, but a guy I know only gets about 3K out of his BFG DRs. Then again he has a C5 pushing out over 700RWHP, lol

bam!!! $174 but they are on order and out of stock in all the locations... |
Mine are the same, now they hook much better. I just have to watch out for rain, like driving slicks on the street. I only put mine on to race though so I'm safe.
lol, these are my dd wheel and tire combo...
it rained like 2 days ago and i can def say that on a few occassions i was scared for my life |
You know what kills me about DR's? They were never intended to be street tires. They were intended to be DOT approved tires that someone could change at home, drive to the track, race, drive home, and then take them off.
yea I am putting the DR on my 10.5X17's and just getting regular BFG KDW's on my 18x10. Thanks for the info.
