Best place to buy a Maximum Motorsports Rear Coilover kit

Anybody got any input. These things are dang expensive... I mean The cheapest I have seen is $404 with springs. Anyone know where to get some less

call up Mario at www.valayaracing.com. Tell him r3dn3ck sent you and to hook you up. Otherwise there's a dude on the corral.net forums that has about the lowest prices anywhere on MM goodies. He's always running a post in suspension like "Lowest prices on Maximum Motorsports" and he has to PM you prices because they're below MAP.

Will give him a call. Just bought A car so must wait a few weeks now.. :(

I think red is talking about artsparts on corral. I bought my MM lca's from him.

that's the monkey... just couldn't remember his name. He moves a lot of MM stuff so he's got to have some pricing leeway. Don't expect too much discount. MM parts are expensive because they're US made and worth every penny.

Definitely are. Im looking into some MM XD lowers.

If you don't use spherical bearings and aluminum bushings all around already be aware that there is a significant NVH penalty with the XD stuff. I use em but I'm ok with the added road noise. It's not unmanagable but it is always noticable.

Yep, I know.

NVH penalty??? XD Stuff??

noise/vibration/harshness. XD=extreme duty.

Basically I was cautioning 03 that race grade parts come with race grade chassis noise. If you use aluminum bushings you'll get more road noise. It's not bad but something to consider in your shopping.
